Working With Angela

What are you getting yourself into?

Probably less than you think.

We usually meet twice a month.

That's deliberate. You need time between our conversations to think, make decisions and run your business — not another weekly meeting and a list of homework from me.

Between meetings, you run your business.

You take what we've uncovered and decide what to do with it. You make changes, try things, gather information — whatever the situation calls for.

When we meet again, we look at what's changed, what it means and what needs our attention now.

You know your own business. I bring the perspective of having worked with many businesses over the past 30 years — I recognize patterns. This is where my experience meets your business.

We keep looking, measuring and adjusting as you move forward.

The point isn't just to talk about what's wrong. It's to change what needs changing so you have real choices about what happens next.

We keep working together as those changes take hold, new decisions emerge and the business continues to shift so that it supports where you're really trying to go.

It starts with coffee.

Just come as you are.
